Our menus feature genuine hickory-smoked meats cooked in our custom-made pits for up to 12 hours. We've catered many functions, serving anywhere from 50 to 5,000 people. And if you're looking for a banquet facility, one of our restaurants may be appropriate for your group of 20 to 75. Cost is on a per-person basis and depends on your choice of one, two or three meat dinners.
